Here is a cart that our customer
asked LRMR to design and fabricate. The purpose of this cart is to have all the
components needed to assemble a quantity of final assemblies on one space
conscious cart. An assembly worker needs only roll out this cart to his assembly
location and start building. The customer provides us with either the physical
parts or a drawing of the parts to be stored on a cart, and a qty for each style
of part. We take this info and input it into our design program create the most
logical arrangement of parts and create a 3-D weldment design around the parts.
The drawing then goes to our welding and sheet metal dept./ painting and final
trim (plastics are often included in designs to protect finishes on cust. Pts).
We apply labels if requested and deliver to our customer.
